On-campus accommodation for students at Southern Cross University, as well as those of TAFE NSW - North Coast Institute, is provided in a most modern Residential College.

The College is located in a beautiful bushland setting overlooking the main campus across a sports field. The first stage of the Residential College comprises 64 tastefully furnished single study-bedrooms arranged in residential units of four bedrooms. Each has a furnished lounge and dining area and modern kitchen and toilet facilities.

A common telephone is provided in each residential unit for incoming calls, Home-Link services and for emergency contacts to fire brigade, ambulance and campus security. A gymnasium and several tennis courts are provided adjacent to the College.
