Partnership
The Coffs Harbour Education Campus is a unique partnership between Southern Cross University, TAFE NSW – North Coast Institute, and the NSW Department of Education and Training (Coffs Harbour Senior College).

There are no physical boundaries between sectors on the Campus; all facilities and services are shared, while each partner is responsible for its own academic programs, thus ensuring the integrity and quality of programs. The partnership arrangement on the Campus provides opportunities for students to move easily between educational levels and also allows for the development of joint programs which combine strong practical skills development with high academic standards.

High quality staff, an extensive range of student support services including learning support, counselling, careers advice and disability support, world class facilities and educational programs of the highest standards are in place for all students.

Facilities
The campus has world class facilities which provide a nurturing learning environment for students from the three sectors. Features include three state-of-the-art lecture theatres, specialist videoconferencing facilities, a well-equipped library, computing and multimedia centre, multi-purpose centre, excellent student facilities and playing fields and a technology-based learning centre. There is also a residential college providing modern student accommodation.

English Language Centre
Southern Cross University runs a fully accredited English Language Centre and offers a range of programs including Academic English, Business English, Holiday English, General English and a High School Preparation Program.

Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre (CHIC)
Also on the CHEC site is the Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre (CHIC) (http://www.coffsinnovation.com.au/), which is the forerunner to the development of a Technology Park.
